Not only others defamed (notably Robert Sungenis) and smeared (including the Editor of Christian Order) by the said Mr Williams during his hysterical assault on Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice's Conference last June, but also those who lost out financially or were otherwise inconvenienced or distressed by his unspeakable actions, will heartily endorse the following Canonical sanction: DECLARATION The statements made about me by Robert Ian Williams are false, malicious and libellous. The facts concerning my ecclesiastical status were published in the Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice announcement of the Faith of Our Fathers Conference, so Mr. Williams had no excuse and there are no mitigating factors. Williams has refused to retract his libellous claims and therefore ROBERT IAN WILLIAMS is a PUBLIC SINNER guilty of PUBLIC SACRILEGE for having deliberately and maliciously pronounced grievous lies against a priest in good standing of the Catholic Church. THEREFORE: In accordance with the prescription set forth in the Code of Canon Law (can. 915), ROBERT IAN WILLIAMS should be DENIED RECEPTION OF THE SACRAMENTS OF THE CHURCH until such time he manifest an act of public repentance of his crimes and shall have made due restitution. 1.
