On Jews and JINOs

THE EDITOR

Despite its hegemonic cheer squads in Hollywood and the New York Times-led US media, Israel gets a surprising amount of bad press nowadays. Although led by politically correct Leftist academics, themselves in suicidal thrall to Islam, judging by the evidence of our own eyes and the testimonies of disillusioned Israelis themselves, the criticism is often well deserved.

It largely stems from the Jewish manipulation of U.S. foreign policy through its “Amen Corner” in the “Israeli-occupied” U.S. Congress, as Pat Buchanan famously quipped. A bizarre staple of American political life upheld by zealous "Christian Zionists" (see CO, April 2003), this all-powerful foreign entity draws the U.S. into military entanglements which effectively act as Bin Laden recruitment drives (even though, one hastens to add, it is not Iraq but post-Christian decadence, personified by liberal-Left Israeli critics themselves, which remains the major Islamic propaganda tool.).

"As a Jew myself (but opposed to Zionism)," writes Elias Davidsson, a native of Jerusalem, "[it is] obvious to the blatant eye ... that Jews effectively rule US foreign policy and thus determine the conduct of most countries.... So it is with the proposition that Jews control the world. Surely they do not control every single action; surely it does not mean that every Jew participates in the 'control.' But for all practical purposes the proposition holds."

Effectively, he is referring to a controlling elite of Jews In Name Only [JINOs]: comprised of the Israeli leadership and all the major Jewish organisations, like the infamous Anti-Defamation League [ADL], plus their myriad affiliates and fellow-travellers. They approximate the CINOs (Catholics In Name Only). Just as the CINOs prefer the dissolute offerings of The Tablet to the strictures of the Ten Commandments, so the JINOs prefer the Talmud (condemned by the popes for its immorality and blasphemy) to the Mosaic Law of the Torah.

Suicidal self-serving
Whatever might be said about Davidsson's assessment of its international political "control," the JINO oligarchy certainly rules the Jewish diaspora. If the Liberal CINOs are "the worst enemies of the Church" (Blessed Pius IX), tormenting and scandalising faithful Catholics the world over, so the JINOs menace their hapless brethren and exploit the Jewish faith for their own revolutionary ends - social, moral, political and cultural. Upstanding American Rabbis like Daniel Lapin and the late Samuel Dresner have long bemoaned their pernicious influence. While a chronology of their self-destructive modus operandi down the centuries has been traced by E. Michael Jones in The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit: and its impact on world history [2008].

Masters of propaganda and manipulation, the JINOs justify their every move on the back of atrocities, real and contrived: Principally the Nazi  genocide - which understandably scarred the Jewish psyche - but also pogroms they have misrepresented and mythologised (e.g. Gomel, Russia, 1905) or not infrequently fomented at the cost of Jewish blood (e.g. the killing of Iraqi Jews - Ben Gurion's Scandals: How the Haganah and the Mossad Eliminated Jews, Naeim Giladi, Dandelion Books 2003, cited by Jones). Perennial scaremongering sustains their power and control as self-appointed 'protectors' - fostering a Jewish siege mentality which too readily equates disagreeable criticism with lethal discrimination.

In the process, the JINOs have orchestrated a debilitating culture of Jewish victimhood around ever more fascistic demands for special 'victim status.' While Christians are persecuted and killed the world over with barely a word of protest, Jews (as with Muslims, homosexuals and other minorities who have ridden the Jewish wave) enjoy special protection. Yet  this only serves to incite the resentment and intolerance provoked by all laws drawn up and ring-fenced for ‘designated victim groups,’ since they inevitably exclude and devalue others by not treating them equally under the law.

This is why Rabbi Lapin declared that Jews should present "Our Own Worst Enemy Award" to Abe Foxman, the ADL boss whose multi-million dollar fund-raising machine depends on overplaying the anti-Semitic threat [CO, Aug/Sept 2009, pp. 29-33]. Non-Jews (the despised goyim) who dare to oppose malicious ADL propaganda, or who criticise Israel and analyse the Zionist leadership and question their motivations, strategies and actions, are smeared as "anti-Semites" i.e. latent neo-Nazis. Like the boy who cried wolf, by playing the victim card at every turn the litigious Foxmans of the Jewish world have undermined the very notion of anti-Semitism, alienating the religious and irreligious alike.

In this regard, falsely painting the Church and papacy as the embodiment of anti-Semitism - as with their hatchet job on Pius XII - is about as wicked and suicidal as it gets. Among much else in his formidable work of Catholic apologetics, Michael Jones redresses this anti-Catholic revisionism of the JINOs, documenting the official protection constantly afforded to the Jews by the higher clergy and the Popes throughout history. Only when the Jews subverted the law and endangered the social order did they become unworthy of protection. At the same time, the Popes sensibly insisted on keeping Jewish communities segregated from Catholics for the sake of both parties: to keep the Jews safe from the Catholic mob, who often ignored papal bulls and sacked Jewish quarters of medieval towns, and to protect the faith of Catholics and Christendom in general from Jewish subversion.

"Self-hating Jews"
Like their forebears, the JINOs, or "Secular Jews" as Rabbi Lapin refers to them, are major antagonists of the Catholic Church and a menace to Christian freedom of conscience and speech.

The lucrative schemes and cold-blooded calculation they deploy to entrench their power - like promoting oppressive "hate crimes" legislation worldwide under the spurious pretext of preventing genocides - disgust many honourable, self-respecting Jews. But those who refuse to be cowed, like Elias Davidsson or Norman Finkelstein (who lost family in the death camps and has coined the phrase "Holocaust Industry" to highlight the exploitation) are dismissed as "self-hating Jews" in order to marginalise and shut them up. (This, of course, would make Our Lord Himself, Who challenged and condemned the Jewish elite of His day, the ultimate "self-hating anti-Semitic Jew"!)

Gilad Atzmon, an Israeli musician and former Israeli soldier was subjected to Zionist propaganda all his life. He was one of the Jews the JINOs claim to speak for until he finally rejected "the morally deteriorated conduct of the Jewish state and its supportive Jewish lobbies around the world." He describes himself as a "proud, self-hating Jew" and believes "it is the proud SHJs that will bring Israeli Zionism and even global Zionism down." He writes that he knew the Zionist propaganda had failed in his case when "I somehow failed to hate the Goyim. This is when I realized for the first time that actually there was no anti-Semitism around. ... I also started to suspect the entire official Jewish historical narrative, both the Zionist one as well as the biblical one. ... it didn't take long before I started to question the official Zionist Holocaust tale."

The first JINO dogma Atzmon came to doubt was that "Jew-hating is an irrational act of madness or some backward Christian tendency" (fostered primarily by the Catholic Church and the Popes). He began to entertain the commonsense "possibility that anti-Jewish feelings may come as a response or even retaliation to Jewish acts. The more I learned about the subject, the more I realized that anti-Jewish feelings are often intentionally generated and orchestrated by Jews themselves. This is when I realised that self-loving Jews love to be hated, and more than that, they need it. Indeed, Zionism is maintained by anti-Semitism. Without anti-Semitism there is no need for a Jewish State and without the Holocaust there wouldn't even be a Jewish State."

Talmud game-changer
What Atzmon has really come to detest, says Jones, is "the racist, messianic ideology that drives Jewish revolutionary activity" via the Talmud. The discovery of this blasphemous and socially subversive document in the thirteenth century changed the Church's understanding of the Jews. To this day "the supreme authority in religion... for the majority of [Jews]," according to the Jewish Encyclopedia, the Talmud is replete with errors, abuses, filthy tirades against Jesus and Mary and injunctions about defrauding the unsuspecting goyim. As Pope Gregory IX truly wrote to the Bishop of Paris in June 1239: "In this is contained matter so abusive and so unspeakable that it arouses shame in those who mention it and horror in those who hear it."

To his great surprise, the Pope discovered that most Jews had effectively morphed into 'Jews In Name Only' i.e. they had abandoned the Torah (God's Law granted to Moses) to follow the teachings of their rabbis whom the Talmud designated as superior to the biblical prophets and to be obeyed even to the point of abrogating Mosaic Law. Having thus subjugated the Jewish people, it is clearly rabbinical self-preservation which demands that Jewish dissidents like Atzmon be traduced as "self-hating Jews" and pummelled mercilessly by organised Jewry.

"Behaviour based on the Talmud," writes Jones, "leads to resentment on the part of non-Jews. Jewish leaders promote that behaviour knowing it will cause reactions because 'Pogroms in which the rank and file of the Jewish nation suffer serve the useful purpose of keeping them in absolute dependence on their leaders'."

Breaking the shackles
Alice Ollstein, for one, had a rude awakening. A Jewish high school student from Santa Monica, California, she attended the 2006 American Israel Public Affairs Committee Conference in Washington. She went as an enthusiastic Zionist but returned "feeling manipulated, disturbed and disgusted with a great deal of what I witnessed there." At an event where the bossy Jewish Neoconservatives in charge "got to have the first word and the last word on almost every question," she witnessed non-stop fear-mongering. "Dramatic classical music, red lighting and gigantic signs reading 'Now is the Time' ... combined with the montages of terrorism footage projected onto six giant screens, whipped the audience into a 'Save Israel' fervor that most found inspiring... the audience seemed eager to agree to anything that would protect Israel - even war... Each speaker played upon the audience's deepest fears. ... the six enormous screens flashed back and forth between Hitler giving anti-Jew speeches and Ahmadinejad giving anti-Israel speeches. Everything was geared toward persuading the audience that another Holocaust is evident... unless we get them first."

Whatever one makes of Ahmadinejad (the Mullahs' mouthpiece), Alice resented "being forced to think" the Prime Minister of Iran was "pure evil through clever sound bites and colorful images." And yet we have all been manipulated and conditioned. Not least by decades of Nazi-themed movies churned out by Hollywood JINOs who endlessly flog the fascist bogey despite the infinitely greater threat of Marxism - especially the corrosive cultural variety they embody - and the horrendous annual slaughter of Christians.

Jones believes the dissent expressed by Atzmon and Ollstein is indicative of growing disenchantment in Jewish ranks to the arrogant overreach of their Zionist masters. Perhaps so. Gary Krupp is another manifestation of shaking off propagandistic JINO shackles. A Jew raised to view Pius XII as "a Nazi sympathiser," Krupp is now one of his foremost defenders and states that "It’s character assassination - a shanda - that so many Jews say he was an anti-Semite." On cue, an ADL rabbi recently called Krupp's godly mission "a campaign of misinformation." But Krupp is not for turning. "Listen to me: Pius XII was the greatest hero of World War II,” he insists.  “He saved more Jews than Roosevelt, Churchill and all the rest of them combined." Bravo!

Smear, fear and capitulation
This is all very encouraging. Meanwhile, however, most Jews and non-Jews do not react but remain paralysed: fearful of the anti-Semitic smear and its reputation-shredding, career-shattering consequences.

At the same time, the ferocious screw of legal intimidation has tightened now that foreigners passing through European countries face arrest and possible extradition to Germany (under the European Arrest Warrant) should the German authorities take umbrage at any perceived offense against the JINO-inspired canons of politically correct discourse. Australian Frederick Töben was arrested while passing through Heathrow airport for having denied the Holocaust on his website. Even the British writer Melanie Phillips, a Jew who fervently supports Israel and considers Holocaust denial "a modern form of Jew hatred," was appalled by this Orwellian development. An excellent judge of many contemporary socio-political issues, Melanie and like-minded Jewish commentators will be less surprised by this turn of events once they bravely resolve to start joining all the dots i.e. the Talmud, rabbinical subjugation of Jews, Israeli Zionism, the Holocaust Industry and the tyrannical legislation it has engendered (which 'hate laws' Abe Foxman and his ADL proudly boast of having pioneered and promoted worldwide).

Those not silenced by social and legal intimidation tend to overcompensate. Failing to differentiate between criticism of behaviour and hatred of someone's DNA - between action and essence - they slavishly follow the Zionist line, seeing anti-Semitic shadows where none exist. "Judaised" CINOs are among the worst.

Modernist prelates caved in long ago. In the postconciliar wake of Nostra Aetatae and the false ecumenism it spawned in Catholic-Jewish relations, they sold out like a bunch of 'self-hating Catholics.' Chicago's Cardinal Bernadin epitomised the craven breed, famously describing St John's Gospel as a well of anti-Semitism in a speech at Hebrew University during Lent, 1995. In August 2002, an ecumenical committee of the US Bishops falsely declared that seeking to convert Jews to Christianity was "no longer theologically acceptable in the Catholic Church" [CO, Oct. 2002]. While Cardinal Kasper, the Vatican official in charge of relations with the Jews, routinely contradicts Catholic doctrine and papal teaching, apropos salvation and the Jews, in order to ingratiate himself with the New Sanhedrin and thus avoid the fate of Christ.

So much for the defiant sentiments signed off by Scotland's Cardinal O'Brien in the recent Westminster 2010 Declaration (Britain's Manhattan Declaration equivalent). Christians “will not be intimidated by any cultural or political power into silence or acquiescence,” it thunders. Yet denying the Gospel and ignoring the blasphemous Talmud as a sine qua non for "dialogue" with the Jews achieves precisely that end!

For refusing to collude in this treachery, Traditional Catholics have found themselves a major target in recent times. Several years ago even CO was listed as 'suspect' (fringe fascist) by one JINO outfit wholly dedicated to scatter-gun smearing. Why? For reprinting articles from the likes of The Remnant and Catholic Family News. Never mind that those articles had nothing whatsoever to do with Jews or Judaism! Mere association with such uncompromisingly Catholic publications - the type which promote traditional prayers for the conversion of the Jews - is sufficient pretext for the Zionist thought police to hurl defamatory grenades in defence of their billion dollar gravy train.

In September 2008 they tried unsuccessfully to prevent Michael Jones and Israel Shamir, a Jewish convert to Greek Orthodoxy, from speaking on Catholic premises in London. Providentially, the fevered JINO journalist appointed to torpedo the talks was unable to get through to Westminster authorities, who almost certainly would have accepted the complaint at face value and capitulated. He finally contacted the late David Foster [RIP] who was to chair the meeting on behalf of Pro Fide Forum. 'Shamir thinks the Final Solution is the conversion of all Jews to Christianity!' spluttered the journalist. 'Well, yes, that's right,' David naturally replied. At which point the JINO agent gave up, exasperated and doubtless perplexed that, for once, slanderous scare tactics had failed to elicit the usual censorship! In the event, a packed room of about a hundred profited from talks refreshingly free of any hint of political correctness and conducted with perfect Christian civility and charity.

In recent years, the intrepid Jones has endured many other smears and snubs by JINOs and their CINO soulmates, lay and clerical. One Catholic traditionalist also put the boot in. After reading a perfectly sane and balanced interview with Jones about The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit in the November 2008 Christian Order, an otherwise rational Thomistic philosopher exploded. Reacting like a Judaised CINO, he ranted to an Australian email group that Jones was "a deranged anti-Semite" and his views "morally vile"! Subsequently invited by the present writer to elucidate in these pages the reasons for this outrageous slur (made, moreover, without having read Jones' book!) the academic agreed to do so. But predictably his promised explanatory article never materialised. Why would he bother when the character assassination had achieved its purpose of confirming his self-righteous Anti-anti-Semitism (always good insurance for a smooth career - not to say trouble-free trips to Europe!).

Such cowardly ad hominen attacks against the truth-tellers are legion. Outstanding American Catholic writers and commentators like Joseph Sobran (the modern-day Chesterton) and Pat Buchanan have been smeared by Catholic colleagues in bed with the JINOs. Even the late great Fr Paul Marx of Human Life International was denounced as an anti-Semite! In 1997, the 'gay'-friendly Bishop Harry Flynn was "particularly troubled by some statements made by Father Paul Marx and some HLI literature which is divisive and harmful especially to our Jewish brothers and sisters." Declining an invitation to say the opening Mass of a HLI conference, Flynn added that "my participation would set back the wonderful dialogue which has taken place among Christians and Jews...". Instead, he preferred to hold a prayer service with two rabbis and a representative of the JINO oligarchy (from the pro-abortion American Jewish Congress).

Like Mike Jones, Joseph Sobran and Pat Buchanan, Fr. Marx harboured not a single prejudicial sentiment in his thoroughly Catholic soul. In fact he worked alongside many pro-life Jews who admired him immensely. Indeed they sprang to his defense to rebut the vicious charge and protect his good name. So why was he betrayed by Bishop Flynn and accused of anti-Semitism by the JINO establishment? Simply because he dared to compare abortion to the Holocaust and pointed out the bald statistical fact that JINOs dominate the abortion industry and abortion advocacy worldwide.

(In this regard, Dr Bernard Nathanson, the ex-JINO abortionist and Catholic convert, confirmed that "For some reason Jewish doctors seem to be attracted to abortion work." While Rabbi Dresner also lamented the fact that "Many liberal rabbis are in the forefront of the proabortion movement," further citing a Jewish poll which indicated that 91 per cent of Jewish women agree that every woman who wants an abortion should be able to have one. In Nathanson's opinion, if the Catholics had spent less time talking about "life" in secular terms and consistently stressed this ethnic dimension, portraying abortion as "the spawn of a cadre of wild-eyed Jewish radicals in New York City" - a group which he himself led - more children would be alive today.)

The fearful climate engineered by demonising and disabling JINO critics - stamping on the discussion of facts harmful to vested interests - is reminiscent of the tension repeatedly conveyed in the New Testament. Joseph of Arimathea acted "secretly for fear of the Jews" [Jn 19:38]; after the Resurrection "the doors were shut, where the disciples were gathered together, for fear of the Jews" [Jn 20:19]; no man spoke openly of Christ "for fear of the Jews" [Jn 7:13]; the tribune who held St Paul in custody "feared lest perhaps the Jews might take him away by force and kill him, and he should afterwards be slandered" [Acts 23:25]. And on and on.

It seems that this has been the pattern ever since the dawn of Christianity. Jones and others have comprehensively documented what Pope Gregory IX himself discovered: rabbinical terror, in one form or another, has repeatedly been employed for revolutionary purposes against the Church and the Christian West. Rabbi Dresner himself conceded that "Some 30 per cent of the early leaders of the [Communist] revolution were estimated to have been Jewish... they transferred their yet unexpended messianic fervor into the new religion of Marx." And as Jones points out and proceeds to confirm through the boastful admissions and actions of the Jewish offenders themselves: "When the attraction of communism waned they dedicated themselves as fervently to sexual liberation." Not least in the promotion of abortion and pornography.

Israel: the dark side
Against all that, how refreshing it is to hear a Jew like Elias Davidsson opine that "Jews must know their place and content themselves with influence derived from their small number, Jews must learn some humility...." Fat chance! The mere suggestion would make the dictatorial JINOs, like their biblical ancestors, apoplectic. Hubris not humility is their signature.

Among further global ramifications of this hubris are those examined by Dr Hickson in his thought-provoking review-article on strategic political and military affairs, commencing this month and concluding in the October number. While the subject matter is open to wide and varied interpretations, as a retired U.S. Army Special Forces officer who has served for many years since his retirement in the intelligence and special-operations communities in varying capacities, his expert Catholic analysis provides essential background information and context missing from mainstream media reports on the "war on terror."

As the self-serving Israeli JINOs are key players in the conduct of this 'permanent war,' it is most telling that the country whose interests they claim to be protecting is not the shining light often portrayed. Ever since the original faux pas - the planting of a Jewish State slap bang in the middle of enemy territory (about as clever as relocating Vatican City to the outskirts of Tehran!) - Israel's 'dark side' has been spared the media scrutiny it deserves. "An island of democracy in the Middle East" is the line continually spun to justify all. Yet Israel is accused by its own of ‘talking a good game’ while being bloody and brutal in practice.

Oxford professor of international relations, Avi Shlaim, who served in the Israeli army and has never questioned the state’s legitimacy, was critical of its “insane offensive against Gaza” and, in general, the “wide gap [which] separates the reality of Israel’s actions from the rhetoric of its spokesmen.” And he notes how “The resort to brute military force is accompanied, as always, by the shrill rhetoric of victimhood and a farrago of self-pity overlaid with self-righteousness. In Hebrew this is known as the syndrome of bokhim ve-yorim, ‘crying and shooting’.” (Hence the tearful JINO cry of “anti-Semite” to shoot down rational criticism, avoid scrutiny and silence opponents!)

In a scathing summary conclusion, after reviewing Israel’s record over the past four decades, Shlaim writes that it is “difficult to resist the conclusion that it has become a rogue state with ‘an utterly unscrupulous set of leaders.’ A rogue state habitually violates international law, possesses weapons of mass destruction and practises terrorism - the use of violence against civilians for political purposes. Israel fulfils all of these three criteria; the cap fits and it must wear it. Israel’s real aim is not peaceful coexistence with its Palestinian neighbours but military domination. It keeps compounding the mistakes of the past with new and more disastrous ones. Politicians, like everyone else, are of course free to repeat the lies and mistakes of the past. But it is not mandatory to do so.”

There are many other disturbing features of the Zionist State. Its vast and illegal trade in organs, for instance. This happens elsewhere but Israel is the only western country with a medical profession that doesn’t condemn the illegal organ trade. The chief pathologist of Israel was forced to stand down in 2004 for taking body parts without permission and selling them, but only after years of complaints against him. “Half of the kidneys transplanted to Israelis since the beginning of the 2000s have been bought illegally from Turkey, Eastern Europe or Latin America,” according to Swedish daily Dagens Nyheter [5 Dec. 2003]. The authorities know about the illegal trading but do nothing to stop it. France ceased organ collaboration with Israel in the 1990s. The Jerusalem Post wrote that “the rest of the European countries are expected to follow France’s example shortly.”

This particular shadow gets darker still. The huge shortage of Israeli donors (the percentage of organs donated among Jews being the lowest of all the ethnic groups) accounts for plausible Palestinian claims that their young men are disappearing in large numbers. Last August, in Sweden’s largest daily newspaper, veteran journalist Donald Bostrom described how they are shot or snatched by Israeli soldiers, then stripped of their organs before being killed and their autopsied bodies returned in green hospital fabric “after five days, at night, under tremendous secrecy, stitched back together after having been cut from abdomen to chin.” Too far-fetched? Well, in January 2002, Cabinet minister Nessim Dahan acknowledged that organs of Palestinian youths and children killed by the Israeli army might have been taken out for transplants or scientific research.

That such jaw-dropping facts and facets of Israeli life are so little known outside the Middle East serves to underline the charge made by Elias Davidsson at the outset about the power and influence of the JINOs in determining "the conduct of most countries."

Ominous development
Though still largely populated by Zionists, the growing birth rates among Jewish believers and falling birth rates among secular couples are changing the face of Israel. Eric Kaufmann, Reader in Politics at Birkbeck College, University of London, and author of Shall the Religious Inherit the Earth? Demography and Politics in the 21st Century, contends that the once-small ultra-Orthodox Jewish community will make up the majority of Jews in Israel (and the Diaspora) between 2050 and 2100. In 1960, just a few percent of the Jews of Israel studied in ultra-Orthodox primary schools. In 2012, a third of all Jewish children between seven and eight will do so.

Yet this religious wakening might only serve to aggravate the already dreadful situation endured in the Holy Land by our Catholic brothers and sisters - whose interests, as everywhere throughout the world, are studiously neglected [cf. CO, Jan. 2009].

Young nationalists from the Jewish yeshivas (seminaries), for instance, spit at priests or nuns passing along the street and have destroyed objects of veneration near holy sites. On 10 December 2009, AsiaNews reported that they painted black graffiti along the wall of the Franciscan church adjoining the Cenacle on Mount Zion, next to the Room of the Last Supper. Written in Hebrew, the graffiti read “Death to the Christians.” Several days later they upped the ante with more obscene graffiti on the doors leading to the church which read “We killed Jesus”, “Christians out” (in English and Hebrew) and “F*** off,” which were adorned with a “Star of David,” so as to leave no doubt about the religious affiliation of the perpetrators. For good measure, the assailants urinated on the door of the shrine, which according to churchmen at the site has become an almost daily event. Hatred of Christ (“that man,” as the Jews call him) is one thing. But acting it out with such cold and cruel disregard for the sensibilities of others is a telling characteristic.

Their behaviour is wholly in keeping with the views of Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira, the Dean of an ultra-fundamentalist yeshiva in the West Bank settlement of Yitzhar. In his recently published 230 page guide on the Jewish laws concerning the killing of non-Jews, Shapira writes: “In any situation in which a non-Jew’s presence endangers Jewish lives, the non-Jew may be killed even if he is a righteous Gentile and not at all guilty for the situation that has been created.” He goes even so far as to state: “There is justification for killing babies if it is clear that they will grow up to harm us, and in such a situation they may be harmed deliberately, and not only during combat with adults.”

Of course, alongside frightful Israeli transgressions and attitudes one can always set down a laundry list of Muslim crimes - like those  documented in the ensuing Jewish report. It claims that:

• Under the Palestinian regime Christian Arabs have been victims of frequent human rights abuses by Muslims. There are many examples of intimidation, beatings, land theft, firebombing of churches and other Christian institutions, denial of employment, economic boycotts, torture, kidnapping. Muslim converts to Christianity are in the greatest danger. Some have been murdered.
• Muslim attitudes toward Christians and Jews are influenced by the concepts and prejudices about their inferiority that the practice of dhimmitude has spawned in Islamic society.
• Christian leaders obfuscate the truth and put their own people in danger. This is often for personal benefit or due to intimidation. Many leaders sing the tune of the Palestinian Authority - at least publicly. Others who are not senior will describe the reality in private because they live it.

Three certainties
Putting aside the pot-calling-kettle-black elements - such as complaints of Muslim brutality, racism and intimidation and the castigation of Christian leaders for working against their own - these JINO charges ring true (even a broken clock is right twice a day). But like the "war on terror," the Holy Land is a tangled web of claim and counter-claim. In the end, there are only three certainties:

1. The nuclear-powered Israeli tail wags its American lapdog. (A national disgrace and an international liability.)
2. The real victims, sandwiched between and cruelly oppressed by both Jewish and Muslim antagonists, are the followers of Jesus Christ. ("If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you." - Jn 15:20)
3. The godless JINOs and CINOs are a match made in Hell: "The Torah According to The Talmud" meets "The Gospel According to The Tablet." (Implacable foes of the Papacy and Magisterium, they are the bane of faithful Jews and Catholics and the enemies of all mankind.)
